This hand-painted Italian lava stone tile features a striking Mediterranean-inspired pattern in rich cobalt blue and turquoise on a softly crackled white background. Each 6" x 6" tile is individually hand painted and glazed by skilled artisans in Sicily, creating subtle variations in brushwork, color and glaze that are characteristic of authentic handmade Italian tile.
Unlike conventional decorative ceramic tile, this design is produced on a durable natural lava stone base. Lava stone offers exceptional resistance to temperature changes and makes this decorative tile suitable for demanding interior and exterior applications.
