Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping Cost

It is easy to calculate the cost of shipping, simply put the product with the desired quantity in your shopping cart and you can calculate the freight on the shopping cart page.

Transit Time

In stock materials ordered before Noon Eastern time typically* ship the 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Most ground shipping times can be found in the map below, but also keep in mind that UPS' ground delivery is not a guaranteed service. Freight/Truck/LTL transit times are similar.   For all shipments, the day of pick up does not count in their transit times. Some shipments will be sent by Freight Truck/LTL or common carriers, it is up to our discretion to utilize this method for your shipment. The transit time for Freight Truck/ LTL modes of transport can vary. We are always happy to provide you a more specific estimate if you wish to call us or email at sales@beltile.com. No transit time estimates are guaranteed as the carrier does not guarantee the transit time. We can also identify alternative ways to expedite your materials if timing is an issue.

We ship from a variety of origin points, however a great deal of our most popular products do ship out of the Northeast. If you need more specifics on the potential schedule, please feel free to call or email. We can also provide expedited shipping when requested for an additional cost.

*This is not guaranteed but we do our best.

Samples

We use UPS for all of our small package orders.   Generally, we do not offer the ability to use your own account number or another carrier as it delays our processing.   We are frequently asked why the cost for shipping samples is so expensive. UPS and Federal Express charge a minimum for their packages and this is just a pass through cost to our customers.  We reserve the right to ship the packages through the carrier that works best with the warehouse from which your product leaves.
<p>Many of our customers tell us that they are saving tons on gasoline as they can order from the convenience of their own home and do not have to drive around and look for samples all over town. If you are concerned about how much your ultimate order might cost, please input an estimated quantity in the shopping cart so you can compare freight costs.

Product Orders

Residential Deliveries

The best way to save on shipping on product orders is to consolidate as much as possible. Some orders will ship UPS Ground when they are less than 150 lbs and others will ship common carrier or freight line. You can simply input the quantity in your shopping cart and you will see an option for "Freightquote." This is the freight shipping option. This cost is also just a pass through for us. If you see something that looks out of range, please contact us and let us know. It is normal for 100 SF to cost $200 + for the shipping.

Terminal Pick Up

Customers whose product ships via freight line can often save considerably on the shipping by selecting terminal pick up. This means that when the material arrives in the customer's area, the customer goes to the carrier's terminal for pick up. If you are interested in this option, you need to call us to discuss as we need to review which carriers are closest to you and if this is a viable option for your area. However, keep in mind that tile is heavy so you will need to bring a vehicle with you which can carry the payload of the cargo.

Commercial Deliveries

If you are a commercial account and have a dock or forklift at your location, we may be able to provide better shipping rates to you. Please call for this option.
