For qualifying common-carrier shipments, customers may request use of their own customs broker. Broker details must be provided and approved before the order ships. BelTile normally arranges and prepays the transportation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Inspect cartons, pallets and crates before signing the delivery receipt. Photograph visible damage and note it clearly on the carrier's delivery document. Report concealed damage promptly and retain all packaging while the claim is reviewed.
