Breakage in transit is at buyer’s risk and claims must be filed by the consignee.
All orders are accepted subject to our ability to deliver at the time and in the quantities specified, contingent upon strikes, floods, fires, accidents, natural disasters, labor and material shortages and other causes beyond our control.
Because variations in color and technique are inherent in handmade and natural stone products we cannot guarantee shade or color from lot to lot or carton to carton.
Variations in color and structure are due to nature and thus unavoidable.
Samples are not always indicative of current stock material. Beltile will not be responsible for any claims if the tile fails to match re-production of colors lines in literature, color charts, advertisements or samples. Since each natural stone tile is unique with respect to color, veining, structure, etc., any samples submitted are intended to be merely suggestive of the final product.
Beltile cannot be held liable in any cause of action resulting from use of any material or product. We assume no responsibility for any faulty installation of our materials.
No claims will be accepted for any reason after the material has been installed.
Material must be picked up from or shipped from Beltile within 30 days of purchase.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS All special/custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE.

Orders must be shipped to a commercial location without a liftgate otherwise surcharges will apply. This requirement is strictly enforced. If the shipment is found not to be in a commercial location per the carrier at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for all additional freight surcharges.
