We can provide solid PANTONE color match glazed ceramic or porcelain tiles in subway tile format as well as various sizes in hexagon for both floor and wall tile. In addition we can create hand painted designs for floor applications (as well as walls) in either our hand painted ceramic tiles or lavastone tiles. And finally for freeze thaw zones and pools, our hand painted lavastone can be used for these very unique applications. |
FlooringIn search of that perfect color to match a store's branding for flooring or wall tiles? We can help you with a variety of unique custom options. For flooring you have several options, glazed porcelain, ceramic and lavastone. Each have their own benefits and technical properties. Custom PANTONE matched SOLID Glazed Tiles For large projects we can provide tiles to match a specific selected PANTONE color. You can select from ceramic tiles or porcelain tiles as the base depending on the application and specifications required. Tiles are available in 3x6, 4x4, 4x8 and 6x6 and 8x8. Hexagon formats are also available in the following approximate sizes: 4 in, 6in, 8in and 10in. |

Custom Hand Painted Ceramic Tiles We can produce these in solids or decorative hand painted motifs. These are to be used as accent or insert pieces in flooring applications. Hand Painted Glazed Porcelain Tiles (Decorative) These are suited for all over flooring applications when you are looking for a unique pattern with durable properties. The tiles will typically be 3/8" thick and on an 8x8 tile. This is a more economical option. Typical minimum square footage for a custom decorative pattern will be 1000 SF. Frost Resistant Hand Painted Lava Stone Tiles So many of our clients in freeze thaw zones want that beautiful look of Italian, Iznik, or Portuguese tiles in their outside areas like they see in Florida and Southern California but are unable to find available options from the pool tiles available. We can provide you decorative tiles which are frost resistant, chemical resistant and appropriate for both pool and water features in freeze thaw zones. These tiles are produced on a lava stone base and are 1 cm thick. Various sizes are available. Find the technical data here. These decorative tiles are all produced to order so you need to allow at least 12-14 weeks for your order, although smaller orders can be sometimes be produced in less time for an additional cost if we airfreight it direct from the factory. You can provide a design motif or select from any of our motifs that you see on our site. Frost ResistantThe following tiles are also frost resistant and can be used in exterior freeze zones as well as pool applications. Custom PANTONE matched Solid Glazed Porcelain Tiles Hand Painted Glazed Porcelain Tiles (Decorative) Glazed porcelain in either the solids or hand painted tiles are excellent choices for exterior freeze zones. Porcelain tiles are fired at an extremely high temperature and are frost proof. Frost Resistant Hand Painted Lava Stone Tiles Our Lavastone Tiles are Frost Proof tiles are excellent for outdoors and freezing conditions: pools, gardens, etc. The nature of the Lava Stone is that it is extracted from ancient molten lava near Etna in Sicily and then shaped into blocks for processing into tiles. These tiles are then glazed in the same process as a ceramic tile and fired at extremely high temperatures making the tiles chemical resistant as well. These beautiful hand painted lava stone tiles can be ordered in almost any pattern desired for areas where you don't want to worry about freezing temperatures damaging your exterior tiles.
