Terms and Conditions

General 

All of the material we sell is subject to minor differences in shade, tone, dye lot, size, etc., and may vary from original samples.  Unless otherwise stated, all products are first quality material.

Payment Options

For your convenience, BelTile, Inc. accepts American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept wire transfer, cash, money orders, and personal checks.

For orders paid for via cash, check or money order:

Your order will not be placed or shipped until after your payment has been received and processed. This process generally takes between 7-10 business days from the time your payment is received. Orders paid for by certified bank check or money order will ship upon receipt of payment or as soon as product is available.  Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.  

Charge Policy: Because the majority of our products are special order, your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order. In order to clarify any confusion, this is because we place orders with the manufacturers on your behalf. Once we order the items, we are often unable to cancel or must return and pay a restocking fee. Therefore we consider this charge a "100% deposit". If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please call us toll free at 866 925 TILE. Special orders include, but are not limited to, custom orders, factory direct orders or other non-standard inventory items requiring special consideration on the part of BelTile for either the manufacturing or distribution process.

Pricing & Availability: BelTile, Inc. makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email stating more details within one business day. Items shipped by UPS Ground may take longer, depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process. All vanities are special orders. Ask our Sales Representatives for shipping details when you place your order.

NATURAL STONE: Large tiles such as 16” x 16 “or larger, are generally packed individually in crates. Therefore, minor chips may occur along the edges or corners, especially during unpacking and handling. This is true throughout the industry. Based on past experience, it is estimated about 5% to 10% of the tiles will have some chipped edges. Proper unpacking, handling and storage at site will reduce this problem substantially. These tiles are normally be used as cuts, or in some cases, will be covered by the grouting. If this introduces a problem, please order about 5%  to 10% more for selection and discard any undesirables.

Delivery

We reserve the right to ship your order through the carrier of our choosing no matter which method is selected on checkout.  All delivery times are estimates and BelTile cannot guarantee specific delivery times.  It is possible that your order may come from multiple locations, in which case there will be more than one delivery.  We recommend that you DO NOT schedule your installation until you have received and verified your full order. Manufacturing times, weather, supply-demand conditions, accidents and replacement shipping for damaged materials are some variances that may delay your order. Please schedule your install to ensure you have adequate time to receive your material. We CANNOT be liable for failure to meet scheduled install dates due to delivery.   Cardholder must sign for the delivery.   If the cardholder is not available, this can delay delivery.

You will receive a link to the delivery instructions in your order confirmation which outlines the procedure for properly inspecting an order when it is delivered or picked up. We will always replace any item that is missing or damaged providing it was noted on the paperwork you signed at the time you received the order and submit your claim within 3 business days from receipt. No claims will be allowed without such notes being made. You must save any damaged material and have it available for pick up. If you submit a claim for damaged material and do not have the damaged material for us to pick up, you will be billed for the replacement material and the freight to get it to you. If you refuse an order, you will be charged the original freight cost, the return freight cost, and any restocking fees that might apply.   We do not expedite replacement material, ie next day air or overnight.   In the event of damage, it is the consignee's duty by law to reduce the carrier's loss in any way possible. Permission is needed from the carrier to effect repairs, when possible, provided such action does reduce loss.

Unless other arrangements have been made, you must be at the delivery address, or have someone there to assist in unloading the order. The drivers will not unload the materials on their own. If you have someone other than yourself at the delivery address, that person must be able to inspect the order on your behalf.  You agree to abide by our Delivery Instructions.  You will find additional information on shipping here.  You are responsible for any additional fees incurred by accessorial charges due to the carrier, including but not limited to storage, redelivery, or other.

If you believe your product is defective you will need to file a claim, pre-pay the claim inspection fee which is $225. We would arrange an inspection by a certified inspector in your area. If the claim is valid, you would be refunded the inspection fee and the claim would be resolved according to the manufacturer's guidelines. If the claim is turned down, you would not be refunded whatsoever.

All shipments are sent curbside/tailgate delivery.   The customer is responsible for transporting the material from the truck to the installation location or storage area.  Tile is heavy so ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment who can move the materials.   

Customers are responsible for any additional surcharges or accessorial charges levied by the carrier for the shipment delivery, even if not quoted at the time of order.   This can include but is not limited to residential delivery surcharges, liftgates, limited access, additional services, inaccurate information supplied at the time of the quote, storage fees, missed appointments, etc,   BelTile reserves the right to amend or adjust the original quoted amount or re-invoice the Customer if the original quoted amount was based upon incorrect information provided at the time of the original quote or if additional services by the carrier were required or otherwise authorized by the Customer to perform the pick up, transportation and delivery functions therein.

Warranty Information

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as any other warranty required by law. General warranty information for each manufacturer may be obtained by contacting the manufacturer directly. Technical Guidelines

All information is provided as a general guideline. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine whether any product is suited for any particular installation or purpose.   We recommend that our customers determine carefully whether installation conditions and procedures are suitable in any given application.

Order Quantity

The quantity ordered is the responsibility of the purchaser.  In general an additional 15% to 20% square footage should be ordered due to the loss that occurs during the installation process when fitting tile in an area.    

We also have minimum order requirements on certain products.   If you order less than the minimum you may be subject to additional charges.   A sales associate will contact you to discuss any additional charges.   No discounts apply to orders less than the minimum. 

Change or Cancel an Open Order

All special/custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE.  Special or custom orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing the order. No returns or exchanges are allowed on special or custom orders beyond the first 24 hours of placing your order.

Add an Item to your Open Order: If you have already placed an order but it hasn’t been shipped yet, you can add a new item to your existing open order. Please call our Sales Department at 866 925 TILE to handle your request. If your order has already been sent out, you can shop online for that item or call our Sales Department to place your next order.

Returns

All returns must be pre-approved.  For any stock items, once the order has shipped, you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee for any items that returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.   

You must call us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling toll free our Customer Service at 866 925 TILE .Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused or if accepted, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment or if accepted will be subject to a 50% restocking fee..

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY BelTile, Inc. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.  Also, the product being returned would need to be packaged properly according to the requirements of the freight carrier being used. If you return any merchandise that is not packaged properly, and there is damage as a result, you would be responsible for any loss incurred, and that loss amount would be deducted from any credit you might be due.

NEVER REFUSE A DELIVERY: Refused shipments incur additional costs and decrease the chances of getting a resolution in a timely manner. Refused Shipments Any shipments returned REFUSED for any reason will be permanently dropped as a trade account and no further shipping arrangements will be made. Furthermore, any REFUSED shipments returned to BelTile do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. Company policy dictates that customers pay all freight charges and a 50% restocking fee for all returned items. Refused orders may not be covered by the carrier's insurance. If a customer refuses a special order, non-refundable item, they are not eligible to receive any credits by simply refusing the delivery, and they will incur an additional charge for any return fees after the package is refused. The refused package shall remain in the possession of BelTile, Inc. until such time as the customer remits payment to resend the item(s). If payment is not received within 15 days of the first failed delivery, then the materials are forfeited.

Product Price, Description & Color Policy

While we take measures to ensure that our web site reflects accurate product information and pricing, sometimes an error can appear on the site. We are not responsible for misrepresentations or errors found on the site. Additionally, colors often vary depending on monitor settings and screen resolutions, and may not always display accurately on your screen.

Expedited Orders and Rush Delivery

If you would like to expedite your order and rush deliver a product, please call our Sales Department to inquire about product lead time and availability. If an item is in stock, it will usually ship the same day. If it is not in stock, we may be able to have it shipped directly to you from the manufacturer as soon as it becomes available, or we can arrange to have it delivered to you as soon as we receive it. Additional charges may apply for expedited and rush orders. Again, please call us for more information.

Sales Tax

We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at BelTile, Inc, except for deliveries within Wyoming. 

International Deliveries

Most International orders would require the customer to use a freight forwarding company in the United States, BelTile will only accept wire transfer of funds for these orders. In some cases, we can ship product direct to that country. Please email your address, country of origin and product(s) you would like to purchase. We can then advise of the process to purchase. All sales are final on International orders, no returns or refunds.

International orders are subject to increased shipping fees and in some cases the destination Countries will collect duties on merchandise that enters your Countries. We are not responsible for outlining any taxes, duties or custom broker fees by any Country outside the USA.  

Duties, Taxes, Tariffs, Brokerage fee's and all other applicable fee's that may be charged upon entry of the shipped product to Canada and is the sole responsibility of the customer.  None of these charges are included in the shipping cost quoted or calculated online.  According to our experience, the customs duties and brokerage fees may be $10 to $300 depending on the value of the shipment and broker. Canadian Taxes vary between 12%-15% with respect to the province. Duties depend on the product itself and where the product is manufactured.  You may elect to use your own broker if your material ships via common carrier, however, we need that information at the time of order.

Any and all claims must be made in Teton County Wyoming.
